Creating Employee 360 Surveys with Well-being Solved is straightforward, fast, and efficient.
If you already have the employees (including peers and managers if required) then you're ready to go.
To create a new survey:
- From the dashboard click the blue + New Survey button.
- Enter a short meaningful title for the survey.
- Enter a brief description of the survey.
- Select the survey subject (the employee the 360 survey is about) from the dropdown list in the Survey Subject field.
If using the AI Question Generator, follow the steps below. If manually creating questions, skip this entire section.
- Enter the survey subject job title in the Job Role/Position field.
- Select the type of assessment from the Assessment Type field dropdown.
- Select how many questions you want the AI to generate from the Number of Questions dropdown.
- Type specific areas for the 360 survey or select from common focus areas in the Focus Area field.
- Click the Generate Questions with AI button. (Questions will take a few seconds to be generated).
Manually enter questions or review AI generated questions/statements by completing the form and selecting the appropriate response type and whether the question is mandatory or not.
When all questions are shown in the Survey Questions section, you can click the Preview button next to each question. This shows a preview of the question/statement for all types of respondent (self-assessment, peer assessment, and manager assessment). Self-assessment questions are usually written in the 1st-person automatically, but you can verify that the AI has converted the questions correctly for each type of respondent by reviewing each question and making amendments as necessary.
You can also save any questions you have by checking the Save To Question Bank checkbox next to each question. This way, you can use them in future surveys.
Finally, you now need to select who will be completing surveys.
- To ensure the survey subject receives a survey invite make sure you place a check in the Include self-assessment for the survey subject checkbox.
- Select the peers to receive a survey invite from the Add Peers dropdown field (optional).
- Select the manager/managers to receive a survey invite from the Add Managers dropdown field (optional) .
- Click the Create Survey button.
The app will then take you to the Surveys page. The survey is in Draft and will only be active once you click the green Play button.
Your employee survey is now active.
